What you will do in your working day

  • Develop an understanding of Lead Generation: Uncover and qualify potential customers through research, social media magic, emails, and even some well-placed cold calls.
  • Become a customer service expert: Provide exceptional service, understand business needs, and deliver the perfect training solution
  • Sharpen your prospecting skills: Research and identify new customers who could benefit from ITEC's expertise.
  • Multi service master: Confidently showcase the range of training solutions we offer to meet each customers unique goals.
  • Embrace technology: Become a CRM whiz to keep track of leads and client interactions.

The training you will be getting

  • A fully work based programme undertaking Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship Standard qualification over 18 months
  • You will receive support from your employer mentor throughout as well as your training provider who will come out on site to deliver your apprenticeship qualification

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Full time role available for the right candidate upon completion of apprenticeship.
