What you will do in your working day

  • Communication - client care, both face to face and by telephone
  • Booking appointments, transferring calls and taking messages
  • Record and Document Production - correspond with clients via email and letter with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain customer files and records whilst adhering to Data protection and GDPR requirements
  • IT - Microsoft Office skills Interpersonal Skills – build relationships with clients, solicitors and the team
  • Quality – general administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, data input
  • Complete Land Registry documents and legal documents with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Planning and Organisation - able to work under pressure to deadlines by prioritising work

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard (can include Level 2 elements if required)
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release
  • The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • There may be potential for the successful candidate to remain in a permanent position once the apprenticeship has completed. There is the opportunity to learn more within the conveyancing team
