What you will do in your working day

  • Accept and process all incoming calls and emails whilst promoting the company and its products in a positive manner.
  • Process all sales orders from customers and those received by the sales team.
  • Work with purchasing and operations team to provide customers with accurate order acknowledgments in a timely manner.
  • Deal with variety of queries from customers, suppliers and other third parties involved with Cell Pack Solutions.
  • Monitor customer accounts and flag any credit issues on the accounts system.
  • Assist with general adhoc duties necessary to assist trouble free running of company.

The training you will be getting

Your apprenticeship training will be a fully work-based learning programme across 18 months, method to be confirmed. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will achieve a level 3 qualification as a Business Administrator.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Full time role upon completion of apprenticeship for the right candidate. The role has natural progression within the sales team to account manage lower level accounts.
