What you will do in your working day

  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing data entry, and maintaining in house CRM systems
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, processing inquiries, and directing calls appropriately
  • Learn the inner workings of the electrical industry in a supportive and collaborative environment
  • Gain valuable experience in marketing, social media, and other business support functions (as you progress in the apprenticeship)

  • Off the job training to be provided by South Devon Collefe (one day per week)
