What you will do in your working day

  • Provide front-of-house reception services which includes receiving and processing all external calls to Wynyard colleagues
  • The job holder will have ownership of the stationery purchasing on-site, including stock control and processing invoices
  • Responsible for supporting the team with keeping budgetary information up to date and providing accurate and timely reporting as required
  • Work closely with all teams on site to provide support with any business continuity plans or actions
  • Provide an efficient and cost-effective mail and parcel service with external providers encompassing packaging, appropriate documentation and an internal mail/parcel distribution service for Wynyard Sites
  • Manage supplies of business service consumables to individuals, teams and service providers
  • Work with associates to ensure all associates work in a safe, comfortable, and fit-for-purpose environment 
  • Issue DSE assessments and arrange medical assessments and workstation alterations where necessary
  • Arrange on-site events, room booking, room layouts, on-site catering

Things to consider

Given the location of the offices, it would be preferred for applicants to drive and have their own transportation. However, all applicants will still be considered.
