What you will do in your working day

  • Oversee the completion of Industry Placement Learner due diligence paperwork i.e. Learner Agreement, Online Safety Policy, Photo Release Form
  • Work with the Senior Employer Engagement Officer to develop the work placement programme to achieve best practice across all cluster areas
  • Provide employers with students that are ‘work ready’ including overseeing the whole recruitment process from job descriptions to making sure the candidates are assessed and prepared for interview
  • Liaise with existing placement employers to ensure they receive adequate support and guidance
  • Monitor and Record Learner Induction attendance
  • Monitor and Record Learner CV Workshops attended
