What you will do in your working day

Daily duties:

  • Support the Sales Team in offering a high level of Customer Service
  • Liaise with customers both over the phone and face to face
  • Communicate with suppliers
  • Operate in house computer systems
  • Support the management of our stock profile
  • Build relationships and be a link between the different company departments

The training you will be getting

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard.

Level 2 Functional Skills if required.

Workplace delivery, you will be assigned a designated Training Consultant from Derwentside College who will assist you with your ongoing learning to achieve your apprenticeship qualification.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

We would expect the right candidate to develop over the duration of the apprenticeship, to become an Internal Account Manager once qualified.
