What you will do in your working day

You will:

  • Assist senior sales staff in managing customer inquiries and leads
  • Learn and apply effective sales techniques to engage with potential customers and promote vehicle sales
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, financing options and other paperwork necessary for vehicle sales transactions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the dealership's CRM system
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase and address any concerns or issues promptly

The training you will be getting

  • Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours to be a competent Sales Executive
  • Level 4 Sales Executive qualification
  • Achievement of the standard meets the eligibility requirements for Sales Certification at Level 4 with the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP)
  • Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

The company will offer long term career progression on successful completion of the apprenticeship. The hourly rate will start at £6.50 per hour but will increase throughout the apprenticeship, you will have reviews every 3 Months for this increase.
