What you will do in your working day

To work alongside a senior engineer and travel nationwide, completing tasks such as:

  • Installation of Copper and Fibre Optic Cabling (cable pulling)
  • Termination of Copper and Fibre Optic Cabling
  • Installation of containments
  • Diagnose and rectify faults

The training you will be getting

  • You will work towards a Level 3 Network Cable Installer Apprenticeship qualification, delivered by VQ Solutions.
  • Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.

During this apprenticeship, you will develop a portfolio, attend block courses and have regular reviews. All apprenticeship work will be completed during working hours.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • The majority of our apprentices are offered full-time roles upon the successful completion of their apprenticeship
