  • Working week

    Working hours will be from 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Working hours can be flexible as long as you meet the 37.5 hours per week. This role is hybrid working, you can work from home, however, it is required to attend team meetings at the office.

What you will do in your working day

During this apprenticeship, you will provide a vital service to customers, by accurately inputting qualification data from various sources, into OneFile’s internal database. This allows customers to track the progress of their learners and use the main features of the products. You will provide advice to customers on the layout of a qualification, to help track progress in the most effective way.

  • Building qualifications, units and entering criteria
  • Ensuring the quality of completed qualifications
  • Maintaining OneFile’s existing database of qualification and unit data
  • Communicating with customers and providing updates on their requests
  • Uploading qualifications to OneFile and providing access to the relevant customers
  • Learn to copy data with speed and accuracy from multiple sources into a central database

The training you will be getting

  • Training will be with us – Swarm Training, a national provider of apprenticeships throughout the UK. The successful candidate will work towards the Level 2 Customer Service qualification, this apprenticeship will take 12 months to complete with assessments.
  • Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.
  • Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date.
