What you will do in your working day

  • Answer the phone and emails from customers with a professional, friendly and polite manner.
  • Respond and distribute clients emails
  • Meet and greet customers into the office and help them get settled
  • Photocopying, scanning, filing and general admin duties
  • Learn how to write and assist with the writing and distribution of legal communications with clients.
  • Attend networking when needed and support business development
  • Work and develop social media presence, agreeing messaging and scheduling
  • Manage solicitors diaries and appointments and assist with their day to day working.
  • Attend all training provided for the apprenticeship and complete within the time.

The training you will be getting

  • NVQ L3 Business Administration
  • Maths and English functional skills training if necessary, delivered online in 1 hour slots on a weekly basis
  • Dedicated Juniper skills coach for on-the-job training
