What you will do in your working day

  • Using a range of grounds maintenance equipment, machinery and vehicles to provide services
  • Soil cultivation (digging, forking, mulching, watering, raking, weeding)
  • Flower bed maintenance (edging, pruning, bed preparation and planting)

The training you will be getting

  • Functional Skills English and Maths Level 1
  • Emergency First Aid at Work
  • PA1 and PA6 Pesticides 
  • Horticulture Apprenitceship Level 2 (Certificated)
  • One day a week at college at either Enfield or Gunnersbury Park
