What you will do in your working day

General office admin duties include:

·        Call handling, greeting clients, stationery orders, etc.

·        Managing policies and online portals

·        Assisting with day-to-day ledger – supplier and customer invoices

·        Assisting with Environmental, Quality Assurance and Corporate Social Responsibility Certifications

·        Updating and maintaining staff CV’s and training records

·        Health and Safety monitoring

·        Assisting with marketing events invitations

·        Other general admin task


You will be an integral part of the admin team, dealing with a variety of tasks on a daily basis.

The working week will be Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours in total – 7.5h day with a 30 minute lunch break to be taken between 12-2pm.

Working within the admin team, duties of the role include –

·        Providing high-quality administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business

·        Maintaining and developing office administrative systems and procedures

·        Inputting information onto a database and providing reports

·        Maintaining records of data and photos in accordance with GDPR regulations

·       Ordering stock as required by the admin team and to maintain office supplies

·        Taking telephone enquiries from external parties

·        Processing hard-copy mail and distributing and responding accordingly

·        Welcoming visitors to site in accordance with internal procedures
