Machining Apprenticeship within a Precision Engineering company specialising in the CNC manufacture of metal & plastic components used extensively in Scientific Instruments & Specialist Automotive Vehicle manufacture. The apprentice will work towards a Level 3 Machining Technician qualification.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The apprentice will work towards a Level 3 Machining Technician qualification.The apprentichip will be delivered on site through a mix of online sessions and meetings. Progress will be tracked through an online portfolio and work based learning will be recorded as evidence.
The course will be concluded with an End Point assesment consiting of:
- Professional discussion.
- Observations.
- Presentation of evidence.
