What you will do in your working day

Working closely with the Office Manager at the busy office in Ashford, your duties will include: 

Safety / Meclec

  • Processing all incoming Purchase orders in line with company processes
  • Responsible for the upkeep of the PPM renewables diary planner
  • Sending out all renewable quotes in line with company service level agreements and processes.
  • Sending out all completed and signed off engineers reports & completion documents
  • Answering phone and email enquiries 
  • Assisting with any other tasks requested

Safety & Meclec

  • Booking all engineers works into the calendar and managing engineers diaries
  • Processing engineers reports/ completion documents
  • Managing all works awaiting confirmation for attendance
  • Chasing any outstanding engineers reports/ completion  documents
  • Preparing and sending Method Statements and Risk Assessments
  • Preparing and sending out Remedial/ Inspection quotes
  • Answering phone and email enquiries
  • Assisting with any other tasks requested 

The training you will be getting

  • After completion, you will gain your Business Administrator Level 3 Standard Apprenticeship qualification. 
  • Training with EKC Group
  • Online Workshops once a month
