What you will do in your working day

  • Comply with and uphold the Company’s QHSE policy and related requirements
  • Capture and create useable data sets, presenting the data in graphical and meaningful ways
  • Create statistics and manage KPI data sets in relation to QHSE
  • Undertake problem solving and root cause analysis for product deviations and quality problems
  • Map processes and write safe work instructions in relation to those processes
  • Manage improvement projects using the companies EBS continuous improvement tools
  • Have a willingness to learn all areas of the operational activity including warehouse and production to assist in improving processes
  • Work with management to maintain & improve Safety & Quality objectives
  • 50% of time spent in operations with 50% in the office environment
  • Any other reasonable task requested by management

Things to consider

The candidate will spend time in the operational environment and must be prepared to learn the job roles in the warehouse and manufacturing functions which means spending time in the physical operations doing these tasks, 50% of the job will be in operations and 50% in the office environment. The candidate must be able to make his own way to work. Must have a willingness to question, challenge and change current ways of working.
