What you will do in your working day

  • Assisting with daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Managing and organizing files, documents, and correspondence
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Supporting the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Learning to use office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding and implementing health and safety procedures in an office
  • Organising Team social events

The training you will be getting

  • One day per month for workshops at Booth Lane Campus up to 18 months in duration
