What you will do in your working day

As an apprentice teaching assistant at Priors Field Primary School, you'll support classroom activities, assist with teaching and learning, and provide one-on-one support to pupils.

A typical day involves:

  • Aiding reading, writing, and numeracy.
  • 1-1 support and small group support
  • Classroom preperation, cleaning and tyding. 
  • Supervising lunchtime.
