What you will do in your working day

  • On a day to day basis you would:

    - Meet children's individual needs
    - Carry out activities to enhance development
    - Support with meal times and personal care routines
    - Engage with children at all times to ensure a high standard of care
    - Liaise with parents/carers at the end of each day

The training you will be getting

  • You will be studying towards L2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship.
  • Functional Skills in English and maths if required.
  • The Apprenticeship is fully work based.
  • The assessor will visit you at the workplace, to set work/ review tasks.
  • You will be given 6 hours Off the job training per week.
  • Training opportunities through Noodle Now, First Aid training.

We operate for 51 weeks of the year between the hours of 7:30am-6:00pm. We are closed for all Bank Holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year.
