What you will do in your working day

  • Working with other teams to ensure systems are in place to allow plans to be established and agreed with customers, sub-contractors and supply chain.
  • Assisting in developing specific project and task quality plans.
    Working with other areas of the business to ensure the quality plan is being followed and the requirements are being met.
  • Support the development of either project or business quality strategies and plans, as well as the implementation of measurement frameworks across the project.
  • Supporting the quality team in dealing with external auditing governing bodies to maintain existing certification and continuous improvement.

The training you will be getting

  • Training will be on-the-job, combined with skills and knowledge based workshops, e-learning and personal development coaching
  • The apprentice will gain a Level 4 Improvement Practitioner apprenticeship qualification
  • There will be an independently assessed End Point Assessment by the Aim awarding organisation in the last three months of the apprenticeship programme

Things to consider

You are a good communicator with the ability to tell a story in a variety of communication methods and strong attention to detail. You can work well in a team and complete tasks individually by bringing creativity and using your initiative. You can solve problems by bringing your own ideas as well as taking on advice and ideas from others.
