What you will do in your working day

To manage vehicle claims from a range of customers, ensuring all our clients and customers receive a professional service and that all internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.

The training you will be getting

  • The apprentice will gain a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner qualification.
  • Training schedule and location has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date.
  • Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.
