What you will do in your working day

The Business Administration Apprentice will provide vital support to our administration team, learning and developing skills in a variety of office functions. The apprenticeship offers a great opportunity to gain hands on experience and a recognized qualification whilst contributing to the smooth running of our office.

Day-to-Day Duties

  • General Office Support, assist with routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents to ensure efficient record-keeping
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing emails, booking hotels and accommodation
  • Update and maintain accurate records in our databases and filing systems.
  • Provide administrative assistance to various departments, helping with specific projects and tasks required.

The training you will be getting

Business Administrator Standard Level 3 Blended delivery model for on and off the job training Full training provided Functional Skills in English and maths at Level 2 or equivalent (if required) End-Point Assessment (EPA)
