What you will do in your working day

Main Responsibilities:

  • Telephony – excellent professional telephone manner required
  • Scanning – attention to detail, methodical
  • Franking outgoing post
  • Preparing and clearing meeting-rooms
  • Managing supplies and ordering stationery
  • Able to work in a busy team of two and manage Reception in colleagues’ absence
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Greeting visitors – personable, professional, empathic
  • Other administrative tasks as required, full training provided.
