The FESS apprenticeship is a blended learning apprenticeship with 70% practical training. We cover intruder, CCTV, access control and fire systems including installing and maintaining these systems. The security industry is buoyant so this is a very much technology led field with a fantastic career path.

What you will do in your working day

  • Installing, access control, CCTV, intruder systems
  • Maintaining fire systems
  • Working on large projects installing different types of fire equipment

The training you will be getting

  • You will be in either our Peterborough or Leeds academy
  • You will gain a Level 3 Fire Emergency and Security Systems Technician Qualification
  • Functional Skills maths and English (if required)

This is a blended learning, days in the academy, on site, assessments and online courses
