What you will do in your working day

  • Providing support for a team of accountants whilst managing client requirements
  • Supporting bookkeeping and annual account preparation
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales, purchase and nominal ledger records
  • Completing bank reconciliations and investigating any anomalies that occur
  • Assisting with preparation of profit and loss reports and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assisting with the preparation of VAT returns and online submissions

The training you will be getting

Assistant Accountant Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • Our office is in Guildford
  • This is a full time position and generally it will be 1 day per week for studying depending on the training schedule
