What you will do in your working day

  • Helping with the planning and logistics of the business.
  • Dealing with suppliers and be involved in the ordering process.
  • Financial invoices and credit notes with customers/suppliers and will help log and chase any payments.
  • Microsoft Packages such as Word and Excel. This would be used for letters, emails and dealing with potential requests from customers/suppliers.
  • Organising with H&S and legal compliance within the business.
  • Creating packs and including evidence and certification for their products. EG Energy efficient rating for their products.
  • Hosting/taking minutes in meetings.
  • Coaching staff members.
  • Organising trips, networking events for the company.

The training you will be getting

  • Day release at Middlesbrough College.
  • On and off-the-job training.
  • Business Admin Level 3 qualification.

Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.
