What you will do in your working day

  • Support the coordination of client meetings and assist with operational due diligence meetings
  • Communicate and provide support to sales teams on new products, changes to product range etc.
  • Record and maintaining prospects, product interests and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Interact effectively with Sales Management, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations etc. to resolve operational and product queries.
  • Correct allocation of all inflows for sales teams and intermediaries
    Input as required for all projects impacting sales teams
  • Help with the distribution of communications, marketing, and organising client events
  • Assist with the implementation of new commercial agreements and the ongoing maintenance of these agreements (Intermediary, Rebate, Platform agreements etc.)
  • Contribute to bespoke reporting arrangements
  • Be involved with the client onboarding through provision of fund dealing documentation and providing support for complex investor transactions
  • Help with the management of trades for funds that have soft closed

The training you will be getting

To meet the requirements of the Level 3 Digital Support Technician apprenticeship programme you will need to spend 6 hours a week of your time undertaking off-the-job learning, which will include:

  • Formal training, including online learning and internal learning events
  • 1-2-1s with your coach and line manager
  • Observing and shadowing colleagues
  • Writing up learning reflections for your portfolio
