Join this world-class company to train as an Engineering Technician and undertake a structured training program of academic study and on-site work, to gain the required skills and knowledge to support and work within the engineering department.

Annual wage
£12,320 a year

Engineering design and draughtsperson (level 3)
Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 4.30pm/Friday, 8.30am - 4.00pm (30 minute lunch break).

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

On completion of the apprenticeship, you will have achieved the following qualification:

  • ST0164 Engineering Design and Draughtsperson Level 3

Day release (college) training will be delivered by SIGTA at Faraday House in Eastbourne.

The final apprenticeship completion certificate will be issued on achievement of the above qualification and successful completion of end point assessment.

Essential qualifications

GCSE or equivalent in:

  • English, Science + 2 other subjects (grade 4/C or above)
