What you will do in your working day

  • Greeting guests and directing their queries.
  • Answering the phones.
  • Taking bookings over the phone and in person.
  • Taking payments and allocating them over the phone and in person.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy.
  • Answering and directing queries via the inbox. Daily and weekly administrative tasks.
  • Once familiar with the operation would be encouraged to train in wedding and event administration or back office administration.

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship.
  • Fully Remote learning.

Permanent position considered on completion of the apprenticeship.
