What you will do in your working day

An opportunity has arisen for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our firm. The candidate will undertake a variety of duties and there will be a possibility of flexible working hours. A successful candidate must be self motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. Work without supervision or as a team - Strong English (Spoken and written) essential with professional approach to clients.

  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Making & receiving phone calls
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Managing Electronic Diary system
  • Making appointments in person, by telephone and email · accurate data entry onto a variety of systems/spread sheets

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administration qualification
  • Functional Skills in English and maths, if required
  • One day per week at City of Wolverhampton College
