What you will do in your working day

Apprenticeship duties include but not limited to:

  • Working towards Level 2 Diploma for Hair Professionals
  • Supporting and assisting stylists

  • Training delivered in-salon by JET Hairdressing Academy and Simply Hair
  • Opportunities to attend extra practical seminars at JET in Basildon to achieve a Level 2 Diploma for Hair Professionals (Hairdressing) qualification and Functional Skills English and maths at Level 2

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Things to consider

Standing for long periods of time. Ability to multitask. Possibly at least one late night working in the salon. Work based learning apprenticeship. Would be advantageous to live within the local area to the salon.

About the employer

We are a small, independent, busy hair salon about 2 miles away from Chelmsford City Centre. We have free parking and we're close to the bus stops. We are a hard working, fun loving crew and looking for someone to fit in with our tribe. You will get support in your training and one to one with the directors for goal setting and progress meetings.
