What you will do in your working day

Our Apprentice Business Administration performs various types of administrative functions in support of the Admin team and the business. These include daily tasks, answering phone calls, office workflows, supporting Office Managers and department heads and assisting the company and its customers, vendors and visitors.

  •  Assist staff and customers for seamless business operations
  • Assisting with company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments, assisting with catering during company events and general supplies for the office
  • Assisting with some data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, stock, financial and legal information
  • Assisting with inventory of supplies, including stationery and equipment for customers and stock to ensure smooth office operations
  • Responding to questions and requests for information
  • Be part of the Admin team to produce quotes, orders, handle stock, monitor and action a shared mail box

Convene IT is a Business Specialist IT Support MSP based in Lancashire. Our sole purpose is to deliver Industry Leading Customer Service for our customers and essentially become their IT Department looking after everything from Security and Backups to Upgrades and Maintenance of Equipment.
