What you will do in your working day

  • Outbound Calling
  • Capturing & Recording Customer Information
  • Manage & build strong customer relationships
  • Populate CRM tools as appropriate.
  • Provide a prompt positive customer experience.
  • Ensure any customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently
  • Lead Generation – If applicable.

The training you will be getting

  • Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
  • Functional skills maths and English if required.
  • Training one day per month at Protocol based in Birmingham City Centre.
  • On and off the job training at employer venue.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Full time employment.
  • Progression on to Level 3 qualification.
