What you will do in your working day


  • To provide administrative support to the sales team, and slowly integrate into the sales team speaking with clients

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling inbound emails and customer inquiries
  • Utilise IT systems and perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Conduct lead and data mining to assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and opportunities
  • Work closely with account managers to support customer requirements and ensure client satisfaction
  • Facilitate pre-sale and post-sale communications with account managers to streamline processes and enhance customer service
  • Maintain flexible working hours (11 am - 3 pm as core hours) to accommodate business needs
  • Participate in training sessions provided by Boom Training and Ohh Deer to enhance skills and knowledge pertinent to the role

Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability.

Boom Training and Ohh Deer will provide ongoing guidance and support to help guide you through the apprenticeship.

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

  • Modules covering Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours in Business
  • You'll have a personal tutor to guide you through your training
  • You will attend 1:1 sessions with your tutor every 2/3 weeks
  • End Point Assessment (online)
  • Occasional group classes with other learners
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in maths & English if required
  • Level 3 Business Administrator Certificate from IFATE and City & Guilds

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • We anticipate that the apprentice will develop into a Sales role within Ohh Deer
  • Salary would be between £20k - £26k based upon continued performance
