What you will do in your working day

Your duties will include:

  • Answering the telephone and assisting customers with their enquiries 
  • Inputting data into CRM systems and spreadsheets 
  • Sales processing orders to be added onto the system 
  • Assisting in raising invoices 
  • Filing, Scanning and printing
  • Send emails and quotes to existing and new customers 
  • Other general administrative duties

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship 
  • End Point Assessment 
  • English and math's functional skills if required 
  • 20% off the job training, delivery method and location to be confirmed

UK Doors will also provide full training to help you integrate yourself into the team.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

A full time position will be offered upon succesful completion of the apprenticeship.
