What you will do in your working day

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain an apprenticeship within one of our many trades on site and start your career!

Initially studying for 1 year at Training 2000 and then you will join our team on site to complete your apprenticeship.

Following this, you will be working in a close-knit maintenance team on site on a day shift basis Monday to Friday, you will provide timely support to keep machinery running and ensuring the site is working to agreed safety standards.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining machinery and equipment
  • Trouble shooting issues to maintain productivity
  • Repairing faults in machinery and equipment

The training you will be getting

Engineering Fitter Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing (Foundation Competence)
  • Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Competencies) Mechatronics Maintenance Technician
  • Level 3 Diploma or Extended Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge)
