This is a new position at a growing company that has just relocated to larger premises. Reporting to our managing director, the role is an opportunity to be involved in all areas of the business working with an existing team of 6 people. The role will be varied, with both routine and ad hoc duties.

What you will do in your working day

·         Adding both purchase and sales orders onto the EKA system, updating and chasing ETAs in a time critical business.

·         Serving customers at the counter and over the phone

·         Liasing with yard staff to complete orders in a timely manner

·         Taking card and cash payments

The training you will be getting

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

·         This apprenticeship is equivalent to an A-Level

·         Training will take place both online and in person to meet the needs of the business and the apprentice.

·         If you do not already have your maths and English GCSE’s, then this will be achieved as part of your apprenticeship

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

We are a small family run business which has been in incorporated since 2014.  We encourage our apprentices to stay with us once they have finished their apprenticeship and will look to help you in what ever role you want to do.

This role will grow with the successful candidate as your knowledge of our products and procedures increases.
