What you will do in your working day

You will be assisting the enquiries team with the following tasks:

  • Answering Incoming calls
  • Managing the enquiries Inbox
  • Data entry into an internal spreadsheet
  • Electronic filing
  • Scanning
  • Managing office calendar and booking meetings
  • Taking notes at internal meetings
  • Sending emails on behalf of the enquiries team

The training you will be getting

  • The learner will be studying the Business administrator (Level 3) Apprenticeship Standard qualification
  • Day release to West Suffolk College.
  • Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held.

  • On successful completion of the apprenticeship and based on consistent performance, we would look to offer a permanent position.

Things to consider

This is a full-time onsite office position where you will be working with the enquiries team. Most of the day will be spent at a PC however we would like you to have a core understanding of other aspects of our business so this will be organised throughout your apprenticeship.
