What you will do in your working day

  • Collaborate with team members & management to ensure brand consistency
  • Generate, Edit, Publish & Share engaging social content daily
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Allocating time each week to visit the various business sites, including Head Office building relationships with key members to generate content, images, and videos applicable to each site
  • Suggest and implement social features, such as promotions and competitions to develop brand awareness
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends

The training you will be getting

An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be
expected to work towards the Content Creator Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.
