Key Responsibilities (will include but not limited to:)

  • Support the HR Team in the continuous development of the Payroll & HR System including data cleansing to maintain the integrity of our people data 
  • Monitor and manage the central HR inbox using Microsoft Outlook, being the first point of contact for any HR related queries 
  • Respond to correspondence, telephone calls, e-mails as required 
  • You will be trained how to use all of our systems to become a super user, enabling you to support the wider business
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the HR system dashboard to track and report on key people metrics
