What you will do in your working day

Your main responsibility will be screening prospective candidates and recommending the best ones to our clients for interview. From there, you will be giving honest and transparent advice to the client and candidate throughout the process from first interview to job offer and then arranging start dates.

It's a busy but rewarding role, which will require quality organisation and negotiation skills.

The training you will be getting

  • Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard

  • To successfully complete this apprenticeship the learner will need to complete one level 2 knowledge qualification and one level 2 competency qualification as listed below:


  • Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing
