What you will do in your working day

As part of our team, we will support and encourage you with your training with the aim of progression within the company.

The position includes but is not limited to:

  • Supporting the MD and Finance Manager in their daily activities
  • Booking technicians site visits and confirming with clients
  • Updating our CRM System & Sage
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Raising and sending purchase orders
  • Daily administration duties such as filing, stationery orders & office tidiness

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.

Course duration is 18 months attending college every other Friday.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

After completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to progress to a permanent role within the company but this is not guaranteed.
