What you will do in your working day

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Working with clients to help with outstanding vacancies
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Updating contacts/making sure information is accurate
  • Helping candidates to find a role that fits their skill set
  • Using job boards to find candidates for certain roles

The training you will be getting

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification
  • Functional Skills in maths and English, if required 
  • All Apprenticeship training will be delivered within the workplace, you will be allocated 6 hours out of your working week to complete any coursework/training/tasks and attend assessor visits on a monthly basis (you will be paid for any time spent working towards your Apprenticeship qualification)

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Candidates can obtain a permanent position in the organisation should they prove suitable after their apprenticeship.
