What you will do in your working day

  • Build and maintain Revenue Trackers to report on CRM performance, updating weekly for every client ahead of scheduled calls / meetings
  • Prepare accurate monthly reporting decks (using Data Studio, GA4 and CRM platforms) for all clients that provide useful insights on which Account Managers can build CRM strategies
  • Build great relationships with all clients, providing hands-on support and excellent levels of customer service and ensure the smooth running of client accounts
  • Assist in identifying upsell opportunities and driving revenue growth for clients
  • Maintain client timesheets and time tracking
  • Attend client meetings / calls as required, taking minutes and communicating actions and decisions to all stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of current business policies and legal compliance

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Multi-channel Marketer:
  • Functional Skills in maths and English if required
    You will receive full training and support from the Just IT apprenticeship team to increase your skills, delivery method and location to be confirmed
  • Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 qualification
