What you will do in your working day

In this role the apprentice will assist the Customer Service team by carrying out common office duties, such as filing, scanning, and general admin. Whilst maintaining a positive and friendly attitude dealing with our customers either online or via telephone.

The training you will be getting

All learners on the course are expected to achieve the following:

1) Business Administrator Level 3 End Point Assessment.

2) City and Guilds Business Administrator Level 3 Qualification.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

All vacancies are advertised for all staff to view. At the end of the apprenticeship (approximate 18-24 months) the apprentice can apply for any relevant positions within the organisation.
