What you will do in your working day

  • Support a variety of payroll transactions using various payroll systems in a timely, accurate and consistent manner
  • Provide high-quality customer support
  • Support process improvement activities
  • Resolve and deal effectively with day-to-day customer enquiries
  • Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection associated guidelines

The training you will be getting

  • The successful apprentice will work towards a Level 3 Payroll Administrator apprenticeship standard, as well as Functional Skills maths and English if needed
  • Day to day training will be conducted by the employer

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Possible progression onto further employment within the business and onto higher apprenticeships
