    • 26 days holiday + 8 days bank holidays • 2 days paid volunteering. • Possibility for a permanent contract based on performance & apprenticeship achievement. • Benefits portal – everyday discounts. • Pension scheme with employer contribution.

What you will do in your working day

  • Support with the administration of HR activities which includes liaising with managers to confirm start details/leaving details
  • Administering and inputting personnel information into in-house HR databases
  • Management of the HR inboxes
  • Administering electronic documents
  • Administration for Sickness Absence and maintaining the online Absence Management System
  • Issuing correspondence to employees on various HR related matters e.g. contractual amendments, probationary reviews etc
  • Maintaining up to date employee files
