What you will do in your working day

  • Customer facing & telephone enquiry servicing
  • Process insurance enquiries, policy changes, and renewals 
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of insurance forms and documents 
  • Update customer information in the database
  • Assist customers with insurance inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with insurance underwriters to ensure smooth operations
  • General office duties in helping an office to run smoothly 
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information

The training you will be getting

  • Business Administrator Level 3 standard 
  • Functional Skills L2 Maths and English to be taken if an equivalent grade has not been achieved
  • Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Insurance in house training and progresssion to insurance examinations as a route to account executive level.
