What you will do in your working day

  • Personal and financial data input in tailored debt collection software
  • Currency conversions
  • Generating workflows, standard letters and emails
  • Instructing overseas debt collection agents, validating personal, address and company data
  • Using the internet and various online databases to search company data
  • Scanning documents, allocating cases to Collections Managers
  • Operating the folding and franking machines, other general office duties (e.g. post, banking)

The training you will be getting

  • Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard Level 3
  • Maths and English Function Skills (if required)
  • 1 online session per month

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Possible full-time position upon completion of the apprenticeship.
