What you will do in your working day

  • To assist with the everyday office administration duties as required by the business
  • Dealing with Incoming & Outgoing Phone calls, to book appointments
  • Accurate data input into company IT Systems
  • To work with Microsoft packages and ECO specific systems

The training you will be getting

  • You will be working towards a Business Adminstrator Level 3 Standard, which is 15 months with a 3 month end point assessment window
  • Training will take place once monthly and will be at your workplace
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in maths and English, if required

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Potential for full time employment on successful completion of the apprenticeship
